Criminal Damages Compensation Scheme

The Compensation Agency operates the Criminal Damages Compensation Scheme.

Under this scheme you may be entitled to claim compensation for loss suffered as a result of malicious or wanton damage to agricultural property or, in certain cases, for damages to other property as a result of a terrorist act in Northern Ireland.
