Framework Document

The framework document describes the aims and objectives of the Compensation Agency and outlines how we are organised, how we operate, and how our performance is measured.

The document was approved by the Minister of State.

The Compensation Agency is managed by a Chief Executive, appointed by the minister. The Chief Executive is responsible for the effective operation of the Agency in accordance with this framework document and our corporate and business plan.
